This Privacy Policy explains how Florida Boat Adventures collects, uses, discloses, and protects information across its public marketplace, booking tools, partner and affiliate programs, commerce links, communications, and internal business systems.
We collect information you provide, such as name, email, phone number, location, trip preferences, passenger count, special requests, partner or captain business details, social profiles, application details, payout and tax-document status, and messages. We may also collect booking references, transaction identifiers, referral codes, campaign parameters, page activity, device and browser data, approximate location, and cookies or local-storage identifiers.
Payment-card details are processed by Stripe or another disclosed payment provider and are not stored in full by Florida Boat Adventures. Tax documents and payout information are restricted to authorized workflows and service providers. Do not send sensitive information through ordinary email unless requested through an approved process.
We use information to answer inquiries, check availability, create temporary holds, process or coordinate bookings, communicate with captains, deliver customer support, process payments and payouts, operate partner and affiliate programs, attribute referrals, prevent fraud and double bookings, fulfill merchandise, send permitted reminders and marketing, improve the site, measure performance, maintain security, and comply with law.
We share information only as reasonably necessary with the charter operator fulfilling a request; payment, hosting, database, email, SMS, analytics, mapping, booking, affiliate, commerce, and fulfillment providers; professional advisers; and authorities when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety. Current workflows may involve Stripe, GoAffPro, Google services, Shopify, Printify, and third-party booking providers. Their own privacy policies also apply.
The site uses cookies, local storage, analytics, session tracking, and referral parameters to keep the service working, remember attribution, understand visits, and measure campaigns. Affiliate or advertising technology may be considered targeted advertising or data sharing under some state laws even when personal information is not sold for money.
Authorized business users may connect social-media accounts for publishing, analytics, or content operations. Access tokens and permitted account data are used only for the connected workflow and are restricted to authorized users and providers. Public social-profile information submitted by partners or applicants may be used to evaluate and promote the relationship.
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, including booking records, customer service, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, contractual obligations, and legal compliance. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to identity verification and legal retention requirements. You may unsubscribe from marketing email, reply STOP to supported text programs, disable nonessential cookies through browser controls, or ask us to review referral and analytics preferences. State law may provide additional rights.
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information without appropriate authorization. The site links to independent websites and booking providers; Florida Boat Adventures is not responsible for their privacy practices.
